No Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds are not available on any product.
Returns Only for Damage (24 Hours):
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition.
Customer must email us ( shopitsaleofficial@gmail.com ) within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video (from seal opening to product reveal, no cuts)
Approval Required:
Return request will be processed only after verification of the unboxing video and images.
No Damage = No Return:
If the product is not damaged, return or exchange is not possible.
Used / Worn / Tag-Removed Products:
Any product that is used, worn, washed, or has tags removed is not eligible for return.
